Programs

All programs are customizable to tailor to your specific needs.

Programs can be scheduled to accommodate the time frame that works best for your objectives.

From short to weeklong intensives & multi-weekend courses, we want to help you find your best fit. ​

A note on travel: where possible, we will provide on-site programming. In the event that you are outside our travel area, you have the option to provide travel costs or to have the program delivered over Zoom.

Introductory workshop

1.5 - 3 hours

This workshop introduces the two-fold process of self-inquiry for developing self-understanding and emotional intelligence.

​

Students will walk away with a tool they can use immediately.

One-day workshop

5 - 6 hours

A full day allows students to go deeper with the practice and get a stronger foothold through their experiential learning.

Two-day Workhop

10 - 12 hours

​Two full days will give students confidence in self-inquiry practice with the time to apply it to many areas of their life.

​

Note that this workshop can also be spread over one week 1.5 - 2 hours / day.

kindmind™ Certification course

25 hours

This is the flagship course and allows students to deeply immerse themselves in learning this practice.

 

Students will come away with a mental health certificate in emotional intelligence from iWe, the Initiative for Wellbeing in Education.
